      1. Cornhole: Refers to any cornhole bag that has been tossed and passes through the cornhole board hole at any time within the frame.
      2. Woody: Refers to any cornhole bag that has been tossed and remains on the cornhole board playing surface at the conclusion of the frame.
      3. Dirty: Refers to any cornhole bag that has been tossed and makes contact with the “dirt” (ground) at any point during the toss.
      4. Dead: Refers to any cornhole bag that has been tossed and the tosser commits a foul.
    2. Foul Bags: A bag that meets any of the following criteria results in a dead bag:

      2. Any bag tossed without at least one foot completely inside the pitcher’s box at the time of release
      3. Any bag tossed out of the established tossing order (accidental out-of-order tosses may be granted a replay from the opposing team).
      4. Any bag which strikes a stationary object during the toss other than the cornhole board.
    3. Position of Players: Each player’s teammate is standing across from them on the opposite board. Each team has one player throwing from each side.
      1. Pitchers Box: The area to the left and right of the board that is 4 feet in length (length of the board) by 3 feet in width.
        1. Each player is assigned a pitcher’s box and will be required to throw from their box, or the extension behind their box, for the entire set.
        2. If a substitute comes into the set, the person leaving the set is only allowed to come back into the set at their original pitcher’s box location.
    4. Position of Boards: Cornboards will be positioned 27 feet across from one another with the front of boards parallel to each other.
    5. The Toss: Players must toss the bag with an underhand release.
    6. Tossing Order: Players on one side of the court will alternate tosses with their opponent until all 8 cornhole bags have been tossed.
      1. The team who scored in the preceding frame will toss first in the next frame.
      2. IF neither team scores, the team who tossed first in the preceding frame will retain first toss in the next frame.
  7. BREAKS IN PLAY
    1. Substitutions: Teams are only permitted to substitute a player after the completion of a frame.
    2. Time Outs: Each team is allowed one 30-second timeout per game.
